I just watched wo9 as I ll start ie on Saturday ... Why she has to put all the difficult exercises in the first circuit??? She did the same with wo7....

I ll agree , don't do strength with an empty stomach. I wake up also on the morning for my exercise, I have an orange juice and then I start....

I think that phase 2 isn't a joke workouts 5,6,7,8. ... Make difference!!!!! On weeks 5&6 I lost 6,6 lbs!!!!

I just want to add that the second time you do the workout 7 is much easier... ;)))) not easy...jut easier, but with difference!

I have all her DVDs plus body revolution which I am now. Till now amazing results, I am in the middle of phase two and I have lose 14 lbs and 5% of body fat the first 4 weeks - phase 1. It really worthy the investment!

I am in the last week of phase 2. During phase 1 I lost 5% body fat!!!! I think that means a lot!!! I recommend it big time!!!!

As I am on the phase 2 of jm body revolution I started straight level2 , it really kicked my *kitten*!!! Despite, I ll continue the 30 minutes workout doing it 4 times per week at least for the next six weeks! When I'll finish the body revolution I ll do the Bb from the beginning for six weeks as it is mentioned! I hope…

I ll agree with u! Especially during the cardio 2 I am a big fun of David . When I am not in the mood and I have to do it I choose to play 3 time circuit 3. David is really an inspiration for me!!!!

I ve done till now 5 times cardio 2. The first two times I thought I ll die... I couldn't feel my legs from the first 5 minutes... But now it is ok for me.... I think about t, but I do it!!!

I am on the end of third week. Till now during the six days every morning I have my strength workout and the cardio every noon. The cardio 1 is acceptable! I don't know what I ll do during phase 2.
