I'm not sure if I will get down to my 10 lbs weight loss by this week. With the holidays here, I am going to go as hard as I can to push to meet my goal. However, if I get close, I will still be satisfied.

Have you been doing the same exercise for a while? You might want to switch it up. Also, even though we gain extra calories when we workout, you might not want to eat them all back. Try to have the deficit so that you can get out of your plateau. These are just suggestions. Stay encouraged.

Completed the mini challenge 50 squats and 50 mountain climbers. Those things are a killer. I might start using these exercises as punishments for my son. He's young, but he needs to learn early---besides, it's a way for me to get him in shape.

I have completed the 50 squats and mountain climbers. I still have to do my workout and the prior days mini challenge. My Friday, Saturday and Sunday was hectic. Family visiting, Homecoming weekend and 10 year college reunion. But, I'm bringing my A game this week. I'm back on track.

I am trying to follow this, but this is very diffficult to have to read through each and every comment of every member. Is there one central location that the daily and mini challenges are located. Sometimes I'm short on time and can't read through of these. Sometimes knowing what must be done for the week is a lot easier.

I think that 29 lbs is great. They say that it's not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs per week. Also, watching what you eat and the time that you eat can also be a fator. I try, and I did say try, not to start eating dinner after 6:30 pm. I also like to try to eat fat burning foods like broccoli, citirus fruits, apples etc.…
