Hi. I like to make baked panko chicken cutlets. you can eat them with vegetables or in a wrap or in a salad and they are filling. Or tuna or chicken in a can with a lil reduced fat miracle whip on whole wheat. Or just some leftovers from the nights before! Good luck! :-)

I wouldn't have it all the time but the other day I got it as a special treat and it was delicious and wasn't too bad. I got a turkey with American Cheese on Whole Wheat loaded with veggies and fat free sweet onion sauce.

I weigh 179 and am 5'3". Trying to lose about 45 more pounds. I think I put I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week. I have exercised everyday but 2 days. And I will go to settings and open my diary! Thanks for the imput!

So far it is usually 2 eggs with one slice whole wheat toast (no butter of course!), a egg, onion, and weight watchers cheese omelette, or fat free strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries and/or banana mixed in.
