I like to put it on wasa crispbread...each crispbread is only 45 calories and has fiber!

So far it is working for me, slow and steady...I have lost almost 15 since i started the second week of january. I find it had to stay at 1200 most days so I push myself to exercise and gain more calories and it eat back most but not all of them. good luck to you and feel free to add me or check out my food diary:-)

I agree with the calorie count. I have been making sure i eat my goal calories (1200) but i also exercise and eat some of those calories back as well and I seem to be pretty steady with weight loss. I also saw that someone mentioned too many carbs and sugar and I agree with that as well, I find that the hardest to not go…

wow i need sleep, I meant in a lil less than two months I lost 16 1/2 pounds. geez i am a mess, thanks for the concern.:-)

ok i guess today was a bad day to ask my fruit question.....I usually don't have cookies! And I think losing 16 1/2 pounds in a little less than a month is healthy style. But thanks for the input.

I love getting steamed chicken with vegetables and brown rice with garlic sauce on the side. Or even shrimp with lobster sauce isn't bad with brown rice. In moderation you can get what you really want. I also love string beans from the chinese restaurants! Good luck and enjoy!

I am under most days but I am not being unhealthy, seeing that come up actually motivates me to exercise so I can gain exercise calories and then I leave just a little of them left so I know I did not overeat for the day. S o that status basically reminds me that I am making a lifestyle change and it is working. I comment…

I LOVE Just Dance!! I also have the biggest loser for the wii and it can make a workout routine to fit your needs when you enter info. I haven't used it in awhile but when I first got it, I loved it! Have fun! :-)

I am trying to lose 50 pounds too, I was 186 and 5'3" and in one month I lost ten pounds. I also have 1200 calories but I exercise and eat some of my calories back.. I have been watching my calories, fat, sodium and carbs and so far it is working for me, but I know your frustration being that this is my hmmm millionth diet…
