I did at first to and now I drink a ton, just work on drinking a little more every day and make sure to drink whiel you eat and you will get there :-)

I love running outside too! It's a huge difference for me. I used to refuse to run if I had to run on a treadmill but it's just not convenient right now, and now I’m starting to like the treadmill (but never like outside).

water, and a casien whey protein mixture and more protein filled foods :-), stretching is huge too

there are some really greak cook books you can get, otherwise anything that is more simplier made will reduce the calories :-). Yogurt, granola, fruit, and chocolate sauce is a good ice cream subsitiute.
