Thanks, I am definitly getting this book, I am with a trainer right now, there are some great sights out there were you can find weightlifting routines as well :-), I was doing one that was four days a week that I found online and it worked pretty well :-) http://www.realsolutionsmag.com/weight-training/…

It happens, its hard because standing a little different, leaning, showering (yes you do gain in the shower....) will give different results, I'm sorry cause it frustrates me too, but maybe tomorrow it will say you lost two since your first measurement...why are you weighting yourself multiple times in a day?

I agree, even though I only last 8 pounds its crazy how much my face has changed, some parts for the better, but I hate feeling more boney!!!

Exactly, there are benefits to working out with people, you want to make sure ur doing the workouts correctly :-)

oh its for sure easy to grab a candy bar or a big mac and its over!!!! but it gets better with time :-)

Thanks for sharing! It is truly shocking, and we are passing this to our children. Society is getting less and less active and the unhealthy options are getting easier and easier. What can we do?

See a doctor and at least check it out so that you are sure no reason to let yourself worry so much about it when that is all you need to do

you got this, the second you start paying attention to how you eat and working out the pounds will fall off!!!! Remember building muscle helps you burn more calories too

If you are up to it an easy workout, especially cardio seems to help me when I am sick but don't push yourself!!!

First weight loss takes time, and second p90x is going to help you gain muscle and that weights more, try measuring ur waistline and give it some time, it will pay off!!!!

Thank you for adding this :-), I agreee, Im not drinking quite as much water but I have noticed it helps a lot!!! And once you start eating healthy you don't crave heavy greasey foods anymore like u used to, and the number one thing to remember INDULGE yourself when you really want something make your diet a lifestyle…
