Some people are so motivating and supportive and some are just not! Maybe it is jealousy, or envy.. but the negativity is just such a downer sometimes so I need to vent. I just got back from kicking my butt at my work gym. I go down on my lunch break and get in anywhere from 30-45 minutes a day (at least 3 times a week)…

One day at a time... stay motivated make small changes.. you will see results and stay on track. When I have a craving for something bad or any negative feelings, I come here and feel so much better reading the postings!

We should start a club.. hehehhehe.. I know being only 5 feet tall has made it very easy for me to add on weight and have it go directly to my stomach, hips and butt :grumble: .... but this is a lifestyle change and even us shorties can get to our goals... GOOD LUCK!!!
