Slice it up (Or mash and spread it) and put it on a sandwich, best with Turkey! I have even skipped the bread and wrapped turkey & cheese around a couple avocado slices.

In addition to counting calories, if you share your food diary with friends...you go to the kitchen to get something to eat and think... "I have to log this in my diary and all my friends will see it...better get an apple!" :laugh: Still looking for more friends to encourage and support. Friend me if you wish.

Funny that there weren't a lot of guys posting on this issue... Not an over 50 issue and not a female issue either! We ALL critique our bodies in the mirror more than anyone else. We just need to learn not to be so hard on ourselves!!! I am looking for a few more friends if anyone would like to hit me up.

Day 2 for me and I tell you this site is great. Easy to use and simplistic in nature, but powerful in results. Tracking your food everyday (I know only Day 2) has already curved me away from those normal munchies to fruit or something better for my "numbers" that are tracked. My Buddy just started it Sunday and he said it kicked his butt!!! I am going to start it in a few weeks myself...been jogging/running to get my body a bit ready first. Get it DONE!

Hi Crystal, Yes! I use a supplement called Rhodiola that I buy from and use for myself. It keeps me level throughout the day which works sooo much better than worrying about being jittery and/or crashing after taking something. I have a website that you can order directly from, but I am not sure if they allow solicitation…
