I was wondering the same thing. Although the crystal light I use has 80 mg of caffine for the whole packet so that is more I believe then Mt. Dew. I am addicted to crystal light but if I give it up then I risk drinking pop again (that is never a good thing).

I am 183.3. I actually lost 2 lbs. I had my start weight as 185 but found out there was a scale issue the next day I had to buy a new scale. So now I just use my home scale in the morning for my official weight.

You mentioned cereal. Did you have milk with it? You could be lactose intolerant. I drank milk my whole life now my son and me struggle with drinking milk. I wanted cereal so bad the other day but it is not worth it. Just a thought.

It was zero resistance. I start pedaling and by about the second or third rotation of my legs just that one area hurts. I plan to try it again tonight. I would love to use both machines. More then 40 min on the treadmill is boring so I would love to figure out the elliptical so I have something else to use at the gym.

My husband use the elliptcal and burns more on that. I can't seem to get a good rhytm so I use the treadmill. I will have to try the green tea. I am not a tea drinker but if it helps may have to learn to like it:) I also drink the Crystal Lite. My favorite is the Focus (cirtus flavor) it has caffeine in it so it helped me to kick my Mt Dew habit.
