I have the words "Keep Moving Forward" in cursive on my right foot. It's from a Walt Disney Quote. It's simple, just plain handwritten font text in a cure by my toes, but I love it every day. I had wanted it since I was 16 and got it when I was 21, two years later and I have never regretted the choice.

Awww, man.... I totally thought we had to do 130 today. I was so proud, I did 4x25 and 2x15, got home, went to long... And then stood up and did 20 more.... Anyway, I have been trying some squat variations, it helps break up the monotony.

Same, on both the sugar and the morning smoothie! I really don't worry, I try to keep my fats down a bit, but I focus on my overall calories.

Every day, but I take it with a grain of salt. I like to do it to keep myself in check, and also reflect on where increases come from. If I'm up, I normally try to reason it out, like "I ate a heavy meal" or "I ate a lot of Salt" or "I drank a ton of Water". If I don't have a reason, then no big deal. That being said, I…
