I dont eat much chinese out but when I do, I indulge. However - I've found that most frozen oriental dishes from Trader Joes are excellent. I just had the "Chicken Chow Mein". Its in the freezer section.... 310 calories for 1/2 the bag INCLUDING sauce. Its quite tasty.

Have you tried the strap??? I dont even feel it when its on. It goes directly under your bra strap, its made of cloth, and you wont even know its there. I wouldnt recommend purchasing one without the chest strap.

I have a Polar F6. I've had it for 5 years, and I've replaced the battery twice (paid for it once). I took it to "Batteries Plus" and they took care of it for me. A regular battery was $9.00, but I got the lifetime battery for $16.00.

Im a 40D, and I wear 2. I used to wear the Champion, seamless ones from Target but they stretch too easily. I just bought these, and they seem to work REALLY well. http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_027B014506030001P They say "medium impact" but I run a few miles a day, and the girls stay put.

AWESOME!!! I remember when I ran my first mile. I felt the same way!! It happened about a year ago, and girl... just KEEP RUNNING!!! :) I can now run about 4 miles and cant seem to get past that, but hey, that's fine with me!! Keep it up!!

Yep!! You're right on with this!! The first 50 lbs I lost came off at a rate of 3lbs a week, the next 50 were about 2-2.5 lbs a week, now Im struggling big time with these last 50. I've had to up my work outs, and cut the calories. I guess it's working, but damn it's so SLOOOOOOOOOOW now...

In the beginning, it was a weight goal. Now, it's more of a size goal. I started at a TIGHT 26 bottoms and 18/20 tops. After losing 100+ lbs, I'm in a 14 top, and 18 bottom.
