I have just installed libra. can anyone tell me how I enter my goal weight into it as I cant seem to find how to do it. thanks

I pay £29.95 a month as was referred to the gym by my gp. It should normally be £50. I get unlimited swimming, gym time and classes. A session with a trainer once a month to review my programme and there are always 2 people there who can give you help if you need it

Thanks both of you. think I need to work on reducing my intake as I seem to have stopped losing so was hoping the gym would help. Does anybody know how accurate the calorie counters are on the machines (sorry for the questions but am new to all of this)
