I like to use fast paced music to motivate me- and I feel it more in the evening- I like peace and quiet in the mornings. Still the times I have done the early workout I felt great all day!

My tummy is always flatter in the morning than at night, regardless of food or water or standing. I think it's fairly standard. Check to make sure your food/ drink isn't causing you an intolerance reaction.

In the way that ' Hoarders' and such makes me get up and clean, these 'Supersize v Superskinny " make me consider my choices a little more carefully. ' Embarrassing Bodies' makes me cringe though!!

5'3 narrow hips no butt, goes to tummy and thighs. Even at my super thinnest I just lost it from above my waist..thin arms etc. I am a size 2-4 but I'm talking about my silhouette.

I suppose there are ways of using language to give advice from one point of view and encourage others, or to humiliate and berate those who are asking for help. The same information will be out there, but the questioner might not be able to rationalise it if they feel attacked.

hummus - make your own with chickpeas garlic and lemon in the blender- High protein and good fat too! You could also pan fry canned chickpeas with curry spices and snack on them like nuts.

Thanks for sharing - I find this stuff very interesting. I always thought kale was the number 1! I'm fructose intolerant so eat lots of vegetables- happy to see some of my high rotation foods up there. Keeping this for reference.
