Don't eat at a deficit? Maybe carb/calorie cycle? Isn't there always muscle loss at a deficit?

Okay, well that is interesting. I don't know if that would work for me. I admit I was curious because a lot of people do it. Sounds boring to push a weight for that long. Like a long boring sex session with no orgasm, just friction.

This makes me glad I haven't attempted a cut. I'm taking the slow recomp route and eating at maintenance with some +300 days. Sometimes I'm tempted to cut, but I'm enjoying my slow transformation even more.

I prefer fasted workouts, but make sure to eat 'well' afterwards. I eat all my TDEE + calories (currently)

My back fat is reducing with consistent weight training... but it's reducing everywhere. Time and patience...

Great post! It's sad when people can't believe in themselves. Hope this helps someone snap out of it. I admit to being a product junkie, but I def read up on supps as much as possible prior to purchase.

I do, up until a certain point. I know my limits. I workout at home so not worried about spreading sickness. Funny that you can be courteous but always probably get sick from gym eqiuip anyway! (Regarding public gyms)

I do this every night religiously, but not to bulk. Same flavor, too! Eta: only with water & no microwave, lol.
