Once one gets into the higher digits, (loss wise) the pounds start to come off more slowly, at least it has for me...

Barf.....Give me straight up coffee and I'll call it a day..Better yet, I'll work it into my food diary and go from there. Like everyone said, there is no magic pill. Just keep track of your food intake and workouts on your MFP diary, and you will be good to go.....You CAN DO IT!!! :drinker:

Yeah, now I'm thinking, that I am taking too much iron, or maybe i needed to take B12 instead....Just wish the doc, wouldn't say keep on taking the supplement...I am so frustrated and confused!

called the doc, they don't think it's that. So, they want me to keep taking the supplement daily. Could it be Yoga induced?...Like I said, I'm only taking 65 mg of Iron a day...

I can't close my eyes on the treadmill, as I can on the Elliptical, weird! Yeah, I like working out with my eyes closed and the music pumping, plus it helps quell my dizziness. But, I do like using the Treadmill for training purposes. Also, the Elliptical is kinder to my knees, which is always a good thing!

Oh, I understand that, and I have been going at this for over a year. I'm still overtly self-conscious at the gym, heck, I'm still having a hard time venturing into a clothing store, but that is a whole other topic...
