if you're unsure of what to do for the 10m exercises and have some extra money then a Wii fit is an easy exercise option. yoga and strength exertcises, plus very short aerobic ones. know a few (me included) who have used that as a starter to get going.

would love to know the answers to that. Am doing the oposite, a bit longer time with lower calories but trying to make myself last longer.

isnt too bad a number if you have an active job. My husband is eating at least that and still loosing weight because his job has him moving around and lifting stuff the whole day.

Meh, if it isnt your weight they'll find something else to tease you over. ;) For me, my self esteem didn't start building untill I decided that fat or thin didn't matter. Instead building it on how I treat my family, how I do in my job and hobbies, and such. Oddly, setting the body issue away from the self esteem issue…

Try making just one meal, but your plate just has less than the others. Also have something on the sides the others eat and not you. Like if you make pasta, add garlic bread but you can only have the pasta :P and so on. For me at least, the change in food needs to happen for me and my husband so I try to make healthier…

It does indeed! I've never cosplayed, tried larp this summer and a discussion with a friend came up about going to a con together next summer - and if we do we'd *have* to cosplay.. or at least dress up :P been in the sca, but that's not quite the same though it involves costumes.
