I think they have the good kind of fat & allegedly they help burn belly fat. I have been eating 3 teaspoons a day for a couple weeks, no major changes yet...;)

I understand & it is very difficult. Maybe if you tried explaining to them what your goals are they would be more understanding. I've been having the same issues & have suggested we go somewhere where I have healthier options, this way everyone can get what they want (or need). Good luck!!

I'm in the same boat as both of you & you're right, we do deserve it. I'm doing this for me (for a change) but it is very difficult. I love to cook & bake too & my family loves to eat (& not healthy, but I'm trying to change that) Best of luck! I'm going to try to friend you both (it doesn't always work for me ;(

my trainer just told me yesterday to do the treadmill for 20 minutes first thing in the morning before you eat for more calorie burn, but not longer than 20 minutes or you may start to feel nauseous, then eat breakfast. Don't know if it really works, I just tried today for the first time.

I have & was weaned off & felt much better after, but now it's down again so I'm taking 1000 units daily. Always be sure to take it with food, it can really upset your stomach
