I love the sauna after an intense session! I also hold onto a lot of excessive water so it helps me from feeling like a hot air balloon.

Yes. I do not do this to lose weight. I do it for a cleanse. If it makes the OP happier doing it and seeing a little movement on the scale regardless if it is water weight or not- is not up to you nor I. I personally do the 7 day cleanse every 8 weeks. I have a trainer currently and i sometimes have to weed out the good science mixed in with his bro science.
