Of course! Eat that darn bagel. Just make sure to stay within your set calorie goal. I usually pre-log what i want/crave the most first to make sure i have enough calories for it at the end of the day. Good Luck!

I currently go to the gym with my husband, but i'm so tired of waiting for my "little princess man" to finish showering and getting dressed after our workout session. :tongue: Can't wait til he goes back to school in September so i can lift alone. :grumble:

Eggs..or with toast? (Really) small bowl of cereal with non fat milk Single Oatmeal packages Yogurt and fruit ...... Possibilities are endless..just gotta pick what you like and modify it to fit your caloric needs. Good Luck

I only take a multi vitamin, omega-fish pills and vitamin D (Ontario is allergic to sun--especially in the winter) :grumble: I'll soon be taking calcium too add with my vitamin d dosage. (Honestly. i do not think CLA pills do a better job than heavy weight lifting. But that's my opinion.......or fact.---save your money)…

Hmm, could be two things: 1) Could either be water retention from the workouts/lifting (if you're doing heavy lifts)--i've been holding onto water for the past 6 weeks due to my lifting OR 2) You're eating at maintenance *It's really hard to give you a clear solution to your problem without seeing your food journal.

I'd say stick with the military form. It's best to try to do 6 now and just continue working your way up each week. :wink: By the way, good for you to getting to that level. I can't even do more than 5 lady-push ups. :(
