I've never been one, at all, to make healthy meals. Normally if it pops in the microwave or open from a can that was my meal. Now however I'm trying different things, like making turkey burgers, and making turkey meatloaf.. all of this, is new to me.

Okay, I just made my diary public... I think. I also calculate my calories by my HRM. And normally they are always higher than what MFP has calculated. I've wondered which to use, but I thought a HRM was accurate.

I had no idea my diary wasn't viewable, how do I change this? Sorry I'm a complete newbie to this site..

Thanks for posting. I heard Colonial Williamsburg was pretty awesome, so thats definately on the list of things to do. I've never been on a ghost walk, so that sounds cool. I'll have to google that. Thanks so much for giving me ideas :) Greatly appreciated.

I'm putting this ontop in hopes someone comments.

I'm planning to go to Williamsburg on vacation. Can you let a tourist know a few good places to go?

Great job! After about 4 days you can start to see that your improving. Trust me it gets better, not easier. Your body learns to adjust and before long you're doing all the exercises. I'm on level 2, day 7 and today is the first day that I could "almost" do all the exercises without stopping. But I'm improving everyday,…

I only like FB because I have family all over the US, otherwise I'd much rather be on MFP with my motivational friends :)

I love it! MFP has the best people on here, and I to have started logging in here more than facebook. And I was addicted to facebook beyond help. I'm glad the status here are motivating instead of depressing like some friends on facebook. So feel free to add me too :)

I love love love the biggest loser because it always motivated me to exercise during the show instead of just watching it. But this season really sucks, they don't even like each other.... So yeah I think I'm over the Biggest Loser and onto the Voice!

I know its hard, and especially when you think that you're doing something to change and then it doesn't. I've been there time and time again, and I've gave up a lot and did whatever I wanted to. But I'm back again. I've had to work out and eat right for a solid month before I lost even 1 pound. But it will happen, just…

That's what I'm afraid of.. I'm sort of burnt out on P90 but it worked in the past, this time around after doing it for 2 weeks, I haven't lost one single pound, thats why I got the 30 day shred, I thought I might need something new. I hope that's it I hate feeling discouraged.

I'm looking for friends too :) . I'm new to the site as well.

Jillian Michaels kicked my butt, I was panting and sweating. Yesterday was my first day doing it though, and I didnt make it through all the sets without a break, even though she said you can't take a break; I did. Hopefully soon I'll be able to make it through without one. I think doing p90 helped a little in the jumping…
