I have a lot of trouble with this. I have IBS too however the past 3 months i have struggled with constipation. I go weeks without going. The doctors prescribed a form of laxative, and when i take that, it helps a bit but not much. I am having blood tests etc because its been going on for so long and its making me blaoted…

I am exactly the same! if i eat anything 'bad', i end up ruining the whole day and sayin il 'eat better tomorrow' :(

I think it would occur even if i did gfo up a size, but the size i wear is the right size for my legs/bum etc. if i went up a size, it would be baggy :( im not squeezing myself in to clothes that are too small (i hate that look!)

I know exactly what you mean. i never used to weigh porridge/breakfast cereals and just gave myself a decent amount (i never thought it seemed too much), and when i decided to weigh it, it was about 150g. so i then cut it to 40g and there were about 3 mouthfuls. I'm 5'6 and 124lbs and i eat 1200 calories a day. sometimes under and sometimes over. i exercise most days and my weight won't go down. It is so frustrating....i'm interested in peoples responses :)

I am in that same situation. I never go over my calories and i work out almost every day. My weight hasn't gone down in quite a while. I can lose and then gain the same 2-3 pounds every other day...it is very frustrating, so i'm interested to hear anyone elses comments :)

my weight varies constantly between about 3lbs. I now try to weigh myself once a week as it frustrates me to see the constant changes :(

Hi, everything u just put could have come from me. I'm exactly the same pretty much to the dot! It frustrates me when i see it says 'in 5 weeks you can weigh....' as my weight never goes down. I also would appreciate any help :)

I'm exactly the same. Well, I'm 5'6 and 125lbs. id like to lose another 4 pounds ideally and my daily calories are at 1200. I work out pretty much every day. I sometimes eat all the exercise calories back, but depends on how hungry i am. I have stayed at the same weight though for about 6 weeks, occassionally it goes up…

Thank you for your advise. My TDEE is 2083 and my BMR is 1344. so how would i work out how many calories i should eat between those readings? I need to lose body fat as my body fat is approx 27-28%. Thanks again:happy:

i can eat way too much and i dont feel full very easily, which doesnt help! Bread is my downful. i used to eat a whole loaf of bread....making toast with peanut butter and honey. and if there was another loaf i'd easily have eaten that too. that was after dinner and after eating pretty much non stop all day.
