I totally agree with you. If a person wants to eat McDonald's, they can. They are free to make whatever choice they wish as far as their diet is concerned. Per week? Maybe 0.25 per week.. It would be easier to list by year. I would say 5 per year. But that's ok. Too many people and it would feel like FB instead of MFP, and I really dislike FB. :-)

I dropped 21lbs since Jan. I hit 194 about a month ago, and the needle seems to be stuck there. I am 192 - 195 depending upon the time, but the weekly lb drop is no longer happening. Not that I mind, i am happy with the 20+lbs. :-) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Thank you, much appreciated. I am going away soon on vacay, so maybe that is the time to re-evaluate. I think I just need a new program to motivate me. I am getting bored of P90 right now. Chest cold seems to be subsiding, only two coughing fits during soccer yesterday. LOL :-) I appreciate the feedback.

I find it annoying, but if you don;t measure it, it's hard to control it. I use the mobile app most of the time, and it really only takes 2 minutes to add my meals.
