people should just be encouraged to be healthy instead of feeling pressure to gain or lose weight. it isnt healthy to be too over weight, it isnt healthy to be too underweight but not everyone has control over these things. i gained a hideous amount 2 of the many reasons (the 2 most reasonable ones) being i had no idea i…

this is true! ive dated younger and much older and randoms inbetween and ive never found age to be a factor...some people can just be crap for longer :D xxx
-
aw thank you! not something i get called often lol, but its true i dont get flirted with x
-
oooh il do it, my weight loss is always slow i average 0.6 pound loss a week so il go for 7 pound loss! x
-
hmmm ive never been flirted with? lol not even my husband flirts with me, he wouldnt have a clue! x
-
ahh this should of been added to my reason too! i get told im lucky to have a good looking best friend (luckily my best friend is ace, was on a night out and she threatened smack the guy) ive always been the 'friend' the nice person lol xx
-
aww thank you :D x
-
as someone above said a lot of bashing goes on here....stupid considering this is a health/diet/fitness site and we are all here for one or all of these things :s x
-
its not ok to bash either. but i am not sure why you think no one picks at over weight people...its everywhere! all the pressure to look like the impossibly perfect people in the media and to be a certain size its sociably more acceptable to be skinny than fat. Either extreme is just as unhealthy though x
-
good point most people have other reasons they dont put down! im always being told i look 'nice' i want to be sexy instead of nice lol x
-
currently an hourglass, hoping it stays this way but knowing my luck i will end up a diff shape by the end of my weight loss! although when i was younger, before gaining weight i was hour glass xx
-
i add 1 table spoon of extra light mayo with 2 table spoons of natural yogurt and if you mix it up you cant tell! x

preston area uk x

as im sure someone above me would have pointed out it depends on start weight. when i started i was 355 i lost a stone in week 1 8 pound week2 and week 3... it depends on how much you need to lose. your loss is brilliant and totally healthy you should be proud of yourself xxx
-
yes...i got told i was fickle cause i change it often?!?! not sure how my hair reflects my commitments lol. i change it depending on the season...its autumn now so im red! x
-
haha 5 pages already ? im in :D
-
i log in the morning i plan the day so i dont mess up x
-
i listen to all advice and go with what makes sense to me. everyone is different. something may work perfectly well for me but maybe not for you or someone else no one diet works perfectly for everyone x

there are some awesome tattoos on here! i have a scorpion on lower back, my husbands name in japanese on the back of my neck (hes big on Japanese culture) an M (nicely done) with 3 small stars underneath on the inside of my left forarm. my next one is a peacock feather having it this month but with a difference of colour…

its amazing !
-
good point you only get out what you put in. and balance is definitely the best way, ive done 23 different diets and eating in moderation, not going nuts over everything and treating myself, within reason is all that has worked x

"*I* can easily get by on 1200 cals a day because I'm a good & knowledgeable cook." this is a good point what magj0y said, a few people have messaged me asking about my recipes because i eat plenty but stay within my limits a lot of people start a diet by cutting everything out! its not sustainable it makes people…
-
i did a diet of 650cals a day for 5 months... i looked awful, felt awful no chance of exercise either! without dosing up on supplements its not sustainable and real food is better than supplements x
-
you can easily lose that! ive lost 176 and still lose an average of 1.3pounds a week, just dont get too carried away and make sure you drink plenty of water too x
-
yeah 2 squares of dark chocolate and a small glass of red wine :D x
-
im in england, im told that chocolate is different here to america? but i buy Lindt 70% with caramel and sea salt, i have 2 squares (108cals) a night x
-
i only just saw the fast food! fast food will make you feel crap over time, i cant exercise on junk food! if you are losing 1.5 eating crap you will prob lose more eating same cals and fat but better food, you will burn healthier food easier than junk x
-
ive only gone way over once and that was my birthday did about 2100cals x
-
weight drops quickly at first then slows, you 1.5 is brilliant, if you lose it too fast you will be poorly and also saggy! ive done stupid crash diets losing a stone a month i ended up so poorly and did some permanent damage too. not worth it your doing well be proud of yourself and stay healthy x
-
maybe a new motivation? ive found that on the whole people wanting to lose weight for a particular event etc dont stick to it and put it back on try to view it as a healthier life style rather than a diet. eat what you want but a smaller portion etc. ive been at this a long time and it takes time to adjust it in your mind,…
