  • i guess everyone is different and everyone has their own ideas of what is and is not acceptable within a committed relationships. personally i find it wrong im married, happily and we gain everything we need but thats only my view what makes us happy may not make others happy x
  • the bigger a person is the faster they lose to begin with. i was 355 at my heaviest and i lost a stone in the first week followed by 9pound then 5 then 6 all in one month but its still taken me bout 6yrs to lose 174pounds it always slows after a while its getting it into your mind that thats healthy and this is the best…
  • it doesnt sound like your being needy at all, but you do need to know where you stand and in any relationship regardless of the level of seriousness there should always be communication x
  • my doctor told me that a healthy body fat% for a woman is between 20-25 % and upto 30% if over 30 x
  • its best to seek medical advice, as i said before low self esteem and body dysmorphia are both terrible but body dysmorphia is a mental illness its very different it isnt just about disliking your body, if you think you may have it you need to see a doctor x
