this is a good point, if you tend to keep your food diary consistent a treat wont matter. I used to eat erratically but now my food is consistent, i had a treat the other day and didnt even gain a thing your body adjusts as it goes :) x

yeah thats what the cals are at the cinema by me, all covered in sugar and basically made up of sugar hehe, bare in mind a 100g of sugar isnt far off those cals :) id say its accurate xx

i tend to not take notice of foods recommended then told to avoid. a few years ago egg was getting bad press apparently they were terrible for us and could cause cancer. now we are told eggs are fine! before that it was bread. all foods are fine in moderation whether its full fat butter or spray, nothing in excess is good x

if its a meal use the recipe function :) all you do is type your ingredients in and how many people it serves and it will save in a list. saves doing it every time :) xxx

i have bad knees, i have a slight twist in my spine my bones are a bit out of line so i get a lot of pain, i swim helps loads! you need to draw a line under it and get on with it! if you want to be healthy and happy forget the past days and just do it :) its easy to fall into a rut, we all have them your not alone with it.…

hiya ive added you :) ive lost a whole load of weight , still got a lot to go but i refuse to give up yummy food! i either adapt the recipe to keep it yummy but a bit healthier or have a small amount! i bake a lot too cookies and muffins yumyum (not overly bad ones) lol x
