  • Your activity level is supposed to represent your daily activity level BEFORE EXCERCISE.... basically anything you do in a normal day besides excercise. Hope that clarifies things for you.

  • freezing food has nothing to do with sodium content. There is plenty of frozen food with high amounts of sodium, next time you're in the freezer section of the grocery store have a look. If you're under the impression that sodium only comes from preservatives, think again. That's why I was curious.

  • not sure what some ppl are talking about. I eat 6 times per day on average and most of these I would consider meals. I guess it depends on what type of food you are eating but I dont ever have to limit myself to just a "snack", only in the afternoon before dinner... that's about the only one that is like a snack.
