here's a breakdown of my situation... Im a 220 lb 28 year old male with an active setting and Im set to lose 2 lbs a week. My cals are set to 1930 per day. Yours seem very high but Im no expert. What are you eating in a typical day?

I think that's why half of us are here in the first place. I get what you're saying, but for someone who is just starting out, tough love is what they need not this soft cuddly "enjoy what you want" stuff. Getting healthy and losing weight, especially to someone who is over 300 lbs is not going to be easy and as such…

looks like ALOT of your foods are high in sodium. Rethink the foods and you'll be fine Im sure.
-
you do know that food and water have weight right?
-
dont keep your fingers crossed about being able to target fat, it's a myth... you cant target an area despite what people will tell you over and over again. Just keep workin at it and eventually it will come off. Go running every night.
-
I didn't say anything, but I was laughing when I read your post.
-
good luck... and drop the kfc.... just because it's grilled dont mean ****!
-
work harder! if that's not the answer I dont know what is. Keep it up... dont expect miracles so quickly. GIVING UP IS FOR LOSERS!!!

r u serious? when you view others profiles you have the option of adding them or sending them a message... when others view your profile they will see the same... you cannot add yourself as a friend or send yourself messages... you can edit your profile and your photos though.

tanning and saunas are two totally different things. In a sauna you could expect to sweat off some water. While tanning you do not sweat nearly as much as a sauna maybe not even at all. Just a thought.
-
you weren't burning any calories other than what your bodily functions required so if you're wondering if tanning was like working out think again. too bad it wasn't that easy.
-
I dont really understand the question. You can always eat whatever you want. Are you asking if you will get fat if you eat this way, or what are you asking?
-
Any recipe that calls for ground beef... use your imagination. I can think of about ten off the top of my head: Turkey Tacos Turkey Chilli Turkey Stuffed peppers Turkey Spaghetti sauce Seasoned ground turkey and brown rice with veggies .... the list goes on and on.
-
just because you eat after a workout doesn't mean you stop burning calories. That's as ridiculous as saying not to eat before a workout because you burn more calories on an empty stomach. Seriously, think about it for a minute.

you cant target fat like that, dont listen to anyone who tells you that you can. You can tone muscles by doing certain weight excercises but the fat will come off when it comes off. You need to do some cardio if you want to get the fat off. Start running every day for a while you'll be amazed at how the fat comes off.

fat comes off as it comes off, apparently there is no way to target any certain area of body fat. It could be that the legs are generally one of the largest muscle groups on the human body so if you're noticing them toning up first that's probably why. Areas with more dense muscle mass seem to burn fat more efficiently…

thanks, I guess it is pretty awesome! I think if I can do it anyone can do it.
-
I run for 25 min per day at 7mph. I've lost almost 60 lbs in 6 months. Why are you so intent on getting in an hour?
-
to answer your question I would have to say that cheap electronics are crappy, yes. Like most things you get what you pay for. I would suggest saving up for a good one, you'll only get better more acurate results.

theres this amazing new food that helps with body fat called RUNNING YOUR *kitten* OFF EVERY DAY!!! LOL, seriously though. I've never heard of food that targets belly fat. From what I understand and have learned you cannot target any certain area of body fat. Just work out like crazy and it'll happen, trust me... I can…
-
well I never got to know you but heres to you. good luck with everything. ps you've got the most interesting bio I've read on here so far.
-
Yeah unfortunately these places, as helpful as they may be, are full of crap. Boards always give anybody a voice. Most of the time it's not good. I wont be here forever either. I've been pretty sucked off a few times by more than a few people.
-
... er ya LOL... obviously you're still here, I just had a hard time following the conversation.
-
who left? You or Dave?
-
I think the best way to gain muscle is lifting weights lol. So if you're not going to the gym then maybe look around for a cheap set of used weights. Rip and heal.
-
that's gross.
-
I would rest if I were you. Infection can lead to fever.
-
you mean to tell me that you dont rehydrate after a workout? your body needs it and theres a difference between water intake and water retention.
-
it's water weight... do a hard *kitten* workout, sweat yer ballz off and you'll see that the weight will start to go away just from sweating. Keep in mind that food adds to your weight.

it tastes good, is there anything else to know lol
