Elliptical or treadmill... I have a treadmill and it's where I've lost most of my weight. I will be stepping up to an elliptical once the old mill is out of comission. Neither takes up much space and cardio workouts I believe provide a great way to burn fat.

Increase your water intake, you may not be as hydrated as you think you are and I know when I get dehydrated that's the feeling I get.

sorry if I seem a bit sceptical but "calorie free" c'mon... how is that even possible. I know it says it on the container but think about it. Anyone else have a hard time believing that.... like what does your body do with it? Is it just waste?

I wish I could tell you but I've never made it, but maybe the water was too hot? I know with green teas if the water is too hot the infusion will produce a bitter tasting tea.

man those things are horrible for you... ok now that I got that out (sorry) are you absolutely sure that your servings are only 2/3 of a cup? that would mean that when it's cooked there are 2 2/3 cups of "potatos".... I dont know cause Im not there... perhaps you need to weigh the portions.

if 1/2 hour works for you that's fine but it's mostly a sugar rush if you're feeling it that fast... theres no way your body can metabolize food in 1/2 an hour... it wouldn't even be into your intestines yet right.

I dont know what wine you are drinking but any wine I've ever drank I would NOT consider it low calorie at all. Avoid beer. Vodka is ok, Rye is good for sure... not too bad on the cals. Try Vodka and water with a squeeze of real lime juice (NOT BAR LIME IT IS VERY HIGH IN CALS AND SUGARS)

It takes 3500 to gain a lb of fat yes... but you probably see a big difference on the scale today. Dont lose your focus though most of it will be retained water and extra weight from the extra food.
