I live a primal lifestyle and do weit training and cardio 3x a week at the gym. Other then that just good choices.

Yes I agree, but it is because people have to remember low carb is a lifestyle not a diet. I eat less the 100g of carbs a day but I also eat no grains, if anyone really wants to know the truth watch fat head documentary and research it.

I scoop protein powder chocolate YUM, 3oz baby carrots and 1 cup radishes. YUMMY my favorites.

I do under 100g total carbs not net. It makes it easy for me because I don't eat grains of any kind. My problem is keeping the fat in check.

Make a banana smoothie, I scoop chocolate protein powder, banana, ice, water and if wanted a 1/2 tbs coconut oil. Yummy

I did!!!!!! Although my calories are not extremely high but I don't watch or count my calories I count my macros protein/carbs/fat as long as I stay sighing those limits then I am ok, I also don't log my exercise because then it changes my numbers not everyone can do that and lose but it works for me. I am a primal eater, with some dairy(Greek yogurt and a little cheese) it is so natural although I am not looking forward to Easter because candy still gets me once in a while.

Not always, I eat primal and we only count total carbs, primal blueprint is a great book and I recommend it to everyone, I have it on my kindle app. So it was less money

It really depends how your own body works, mine I eat no grains or I bloat like a balloon and want to sit on the couch and do nothing. This is why I eat primal and weight loss is just a nice side effect. But not everyone is like me, so do what works for you and your body.

If you don't want to lose muscle eat protein 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. To figure out your lean body mass take your weight x body fat% = how much fat you have then take that amount - your current weight so example 157 x .29= 45.53lbs of fat 157- 45.53= 111.57 lean body mass So with that 111 grams of protein
