I agree, I don't even now what I burn during exercise I have a bodybugg and could wear it but I decided that I am not going to logg my exercise I am just going to do it, just like I don't logg calories, I do put in what I eat but the only numbers I look at are my macros.

I don't eat grains so what I do is slivered raw almonds, dried or fresh fruit, unsweetned coconut flakes and almond milk. YUMMY I would not change it at all. I do sometimes use other nuts like walnut, pecans, depends what I have. Just no peanuts I don't eat those either.

I do that 3x a week, I also work with kids all day(daycare provider) so it is my stress reliever. Never new before that exercise could be a stress relief good grief that's what I get for sitting on the couch for so many years. LOL

I allow myself a cheat item, my shopping day is Saturday and it is also a gym day for me so if I am good all week I will allow myself a dark chocolate mocha at caribou coffee. It is like sweet heaven after a long week.

I do tea, I used to drink all my wat with crystal light but I no longer use artificial sweeteners. I put whatever tea bag I like in my water bottle and fill it with water throughout the day. It gives the water just a little flavor and it is great.

Personally I don't care if I eat less then the 1200 cals or not, I eat primal and eat when I need to the only thing I count is my protein/fat/carb count and I also do not log my exercise. I find when I did do these things I got way to caught up in the numbers and it stressed me out. But that is my 2¢

It rely does not matter as long as you have the energy, but for after make sure you are having protein and a fast carb like a fruit ot just plain dextrose. 5-10min cardio warm up then weight then cardio. Otherwise you just used up all your strength in cardio. That is what I do 3x a week for the last 10 weeks and boy for a lady did I build some guns(biceps) even one of my guy friends said man take my wife with you to the gym, LOL that was a good one.

I just bought the zumba for the Wii, I LOVE IT!!!!! I have DVD's like 30 day shred and bob harpers cardio but zumba takes the cake( no pun intended) I love zumba at the gym so that is why I bought it. I still go to the gym 3x a week but doing this at home helps with paying for gas

For me it is the way I look and feel the mirror is my friend. I never go by the scale I also lift weights so muscle does weigh more then fat but takes up so much less space.

I am one that is addicted to bubbles, I love carbonated water I normally buy the la croix(sp?) or plain water for me. I was not always plain water I lost my first 75lbs with drinking 8-10 glasses of crystal light everyday.
