  • You most likely are not eating enough protein and fiber! When I am hungry, I do count out 14 almonds-which is a 1/2 serving and drink lots of water! Tomorrow, try to eat more veggies/fruits with protein and fiber to keep you filled up! I eat a greek yogurt late afternoon so i know I am not hungry. I just want to eat!
  • Hi! Make sure you research and have the number of calories set to lose the weight. Drink your water, log your food according to the calories designated for loosing and stay active/busy with your exercise! I have found that getting friends and trying to log/post has really helped! Good luck!

  • Start drinking 8 glasses of water tomorrow and log every calories you eat! That will jump start the loss!
  • I can't see myself doing the 30-day shred yet--I am out of shape and seem to hurt myself if I don't go slow. I have just found the Leslie Sansone Youtube for 1-mile walking at home. It is a low impact. If you like to walk, she has more than 1-mile youtubes. Good luck!
  • I know I want this, so my goals are to make it happen. I am not a huge exerciser or mad dieter, so it won't happen quickly.
