I will be 27 shortly and my fiancee 29 and I decided long ago, I don't want to have any children after I turn 30 so we have a small window to choose from and then I would like for my guy to get the "snip" as well :)

BUMP I too am interested as I've dedicated myself to walking/running every day but need to tone up my belly, leg and arm flab. I have never done strength training and don't even know where to begin.

Thanks :) That's why I am starting to panic, I was actually preparing to get rid of all of our daughters old clothes and such and the commitment of not having these baby necessities scares me. i experienced the same problem as my job has me on the road quite a bit. Try to make better choices, you can still go to the drive thru (although not the best meal plan) as long as you make better choices. I did the same thing, I lost nearly 30lbs over the course of summer to december last year but because i needed to "restart" i reset my ticker and now it only says 4lbs lost rather than 30+lbs. Stay motivated :)
