lifting weights will allow you to get fit and tone. Also it will help strengthen you bones. Incorporate weight lifting with your current regimen.

try adding a little lemon to your water and maybe a little of a sweetner or you can psych youself out and everytime you to grab some water, mentally prep yourself and say "Man this water is going to be the best ever"...

I'm 5'6" The most I ever weighed was 289 My current weight is 241.8 My goal weight is 160 (then put on muscle)
