OK, that seems a bit much, maybe if you a professional athlete. Otherwise you'd never be able to leave the house!, in the loo all the time!!

Really like the kinect, use it all the time. Boot Camp is actually pretty tought to keep up with, so is Cardio boxing

yes, Ok, that all makes sense. Problem, I eat 2220 a day to lose 1/2 lb a week. If I exercise at all, my calorie count gets high and I can't eat it all because I can't eat that much anymore. My stomach has shrunk, which is a good thing. How do I resolve this? Does the idea of stock piling actually work?
-
Absolutely!! I don't get to use it enough. Try the boot camp. Anything that gets you moving and sweating is going to help. Sometimes it's all I have time for.

Have not really experienced the easier shave yet. i am actually noticing a bit extra skin, not filled out by fat. How long till this starts to "tighten up"?

There is a picture of what one lb of fat actually looks like, floating around on this web site. Don't be concerned after a 1 week. Just keep your numbers in the green and stick too it! It will work. I have been at this since Dec 5 last year. I have lost 17 lbs, give or take a half. ( I need to change my picture). My blood…

So True, I have been at this for 3 months, lost 16.6 lbs. I do get frustrated. But I keep telling myself, It took over 48 years for me to get looking like this, it is going to take awhile to get down in size. And we all know that slow and steady wins in weight loss!

OK, I need to update my pic, but I eat somewhere between 1800 and 2200 a day. Without exercise, and I have lost 16.6 lbs! I am losing between .5 and 1 lb a week. I am happy with that. It took me a little more than 48 years to get lie this, i figure it will be a while before I get down to my goal. Please feel free to add me…

Like downsizinghoss, I eat when things don't seem right, I'm bored, upset, thinking of something I should do, but don't want too! I also eat when I'm thirsty. That was a shocker. I read somewhere that we eat unnecessarily when we are really actually thirsty. So I tried tracking this. I drink more herbal tea now and a lot…

Completely understand. 7 years ago, I could complete the firefighter challenge, in full gear, on an air pac, in just under two minutes. Now? The thought takes away my breath and I feel tired. It will get better, so just stick with it and don't expect miracles overnite. It took awhile for this to catch up with you, it will…

Hi, yes At first I just counted my calories. My biggest issue is quantity of food and then lack of exercise. I had to re-train my stomach to demand less (smaller meals) (get past the all the growling) and then eat regularly enough that my body did not go into starvation mode. Always eat the calories you are allowed and…

I like that approach. I am that way with my family. Remember the old adage, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything" ? Just insert the word supportive instead of nice and tell that to your family.

And another thought on this, Just because it is mealtime, if you are not hungry, maybe you don't need to eat. I grew up in a household that food was freely available, so I could eat when I wanted. (self control and esteem issues caused over eating). Some of my friends grew up in houses where they had to eat at a certain…

Thanks, wasn't sure if anybody actually reads these things. Three months eh, I think it might take me a little longer than that. I hope I can do this, I mean, I know I can do whatever I set my mind too, but I have given up on this particular project many times. Lots of excuses. I work late, I'm tired... I'm sure you know…
