I use GNC Lean 25 in chocolate. In the morning I either mix it with 8oz of water or unsweetened almond milk shaken. After my w/o, I use 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk, tbsp l/f jif, tbsp PB2, add ice, and blend. My reeses shake!! Yum!!

I have mine set to 40/30/30 as well. It was tough in the beginning, but protein shakes help. Also have a protein with carbs. You just have to take a week and play around with foods, and practice your diary. I'm currently 140, and my goal is either to hit 120 or a very comfortable and toned size 4. Years ago I burned off a lot of body fat from a weight loss program. I weighed 128 and in a comfy 4. That's where I felt my best.

I ignore MFP, and just make sure to get your TDEE - 15/20% and not go below BMR.

I used fitnessfrog.com to calculate my numbers. My understanding is that you subtract 15% from your TDEE to eat daily, set your macro's to 40/30/30, and never eat (NET) below your BMR. The scale started moving for me once I adjusted to this method. Good luck!!
