Hi! i think that if you're just starting out, I would restart. i'm at the end of w/o 7 and 8, and it's gotten tougher as the weeks have gone on. However, you get much stronger each week as well. Good luck!!

I didn't realize that there were restrictions like this with thyroid meds. I was taking mine upon opening my eyes, then making a big breakfast 30 min later...including fiber and calcium. I think I'll try taking before bed now. Great idea!!

I would absolutely eat much sooner. At least have a protein shake while getting them ready, then finish when you get back. Kind of like flip flopping your breakfast with your mid morning meal.
