Yeah if You reallly stay dedicated and cut out soda and sugar you should be fine. LOTS of water. Many people here find that you loose inches before weight, which is good for fitting into a dress!

losing a small amount of weight is sooo hard! I have been here since january trying to lose 10 pounds and only lost about 3-4 pounds. But I gained a lot of muscle and my inches dropped like crazy! Maybe all you need is patience and more strength training.

no cheat days at all... just maybe a cheat meal like once or twice a month. Making the life style change is worth it... It feels great! :happy:

so apparently playing violin for an hour a day burnings around 150 calories. I play violin about 3 hours a day on top of cello, bass, and piano at college. I had NO idea playing an instrument was considered exercise. I haven't been counting these in my daily exercise count. I'm under "lighty active" so should I even worry…
