sometimes i go to the library for hours at a time because food isnt allowed there haha

i am in college and gained too. Basically I eat super healthy and it took awhile to say no to bad foods but once i learned... i loved it beacuse you can eat so much more if its healthy! Also excersizing works wonders. Go to the gym or jog around campus. good luck!

yes and wearing a brace is very very helpful. I wear mine almost all the time but wearing it night when sleeping helps because it lefts your wrist rest and stay in one position that isn't bent.

I have very very bad carpal tunnel and tendonitis. I went to a physical therapist for a few months and got some great tips. I cannot use free weights more than maybe two pounds. But using elastic bands and stretching arms really help. Strength training could be very dangerous and slow if you don't want to injure your arms.…

I'm in the SAME circumstance as you. Basically since I live on campus I try to eat a lot of school food but for healthy snacks I buy lots of fruits and granola bars. My face lost alot of weight. So did my waist. I'm down to 27 inches. Surprisingly my boobs stayed 34D. I wish they got smaller like the rest of my body!

my happy weight is 100 pounds... OH PLEASE. I haven't been 100 pounds since like 7th grade. Thats a BMI of 19.5 I believe. I'll stick to my own goal. I hate how online weight counters never taken short people in account.
