Awesome advice. I just started jogging about 3 weeks ago. I was terrible. I couldn't jog one block without the feeling of passing out. However, I was consistent with it and still is. Now I jog 2 blocks and walk 1. I only do it for about 20 minutes. Eventually I will last longer (in jogging and in time). I wouldn't go to a…

I've been wondering this same thing. When I first started jogging/walking, Iwas burning serious calories. Now, my calorie burn is lower. But the good thing is, we know we are getting better, just got to work harder to burn maximum calories.
