I don't see how any of that takes away my horrible human being accusation... I was just remarking on how gruesome it is that someone is posing next to and glorifying weaponry and dead animals. But then I find most photos glorifying weaponry like this disgusting.

I thought Italy would be high up. The food is so amazing in Italy but I think I put weight on when I went there, maybe had too much pizza, pasta, gelato and grilled veggies. What? If I was sick, I'd just give up for the day and sleep it off in bed, no more calorie counting for that day. That should even it out as you won't be counting the calories for dinner.

I'm interested to know about this also. I am just following insanity from youtube, so I don't have the meal plan, etc. I'm just eating 1400-ish calories on MFP. I will sometimes eat more though if my stomach is rumbling and I also eat back the exercise calories. So I end up eating about 1600 a day.

I just did my second fit test since I started and my results are so much better than the first time. Except for power jacks which remain the same the number as I started with, I think because I do them very lightly on purpose because I don't want to hurt myself.

EURGH I know what you mean. Best thing to do I guess is measure for the biggest hook rather than tightest, so you at least have some extra time. But yes, it's very annoying. I have lost some very beautiful bras. :(

I probably wouldn't log supermarket shopping because it just seems like one of those daily activities, I mean unless you were stocking up on really heavy cans and were stopping to do push ups every few aisles and jogging at the same time as pushing the trolley!?

What about Spirulina powder from Holland and Barrett? I put it in with smoothies and also put kale into my smoothies too. Also try adding kidney beans to your salads. I also find it hard to get to MFP recommendations of protein, I think it's quite high.

I would try downloading C25k or "ease into 5k" app, if you iPod has apps. And also looking into buying a running belt, I think you can get them for really cheap online or a sports shop. Mine was about £5 and I use it every time I go running, it has zip pockets and it carries my phone, keys and also has holders for water.

300-500 after exercise?!?! That's the cause of your headaches right there. It could also be that you're not getting enough iron in your diet which I'm sure you wouldn't be if you're only eating 300 calories. So maybe see the doctor and get a blood test.

Skip it if it works for you. Usually my first meal of the day is brunch, that sounds weird... But I really cannot eat before 10am without feeling sick. So I usually have something light which is almost like lunch at around 11-12pm.
