I'd like to lose around 15--20 lbs more...and then reassess how I look. I don't really expect myself to be within my BMI range...I'm a pretty muscular girl...lol. I just want to look awesome. I guess the scale isn't THAT important, but I would like SOME kind of evidence of change....lol.

What really helps is to have "wash and wear" hair. Go to the salon and have your hair cut in a style that lays well on its own so that you don't have to spend all that time styling! Or at least a style that's less maintenance. :)

Sometimes it helps for me to have a little something sweet after a meal. It helps me "end" the meal. So I'll eat a few strawberries and some chocolate chips, or a miniature hershey's...handful of marshmallows...something like that. And then I'm done and don't want anymore. ;)
