well why don't you set some kind of challenge for your group of friends it wcould be a weekly challeenge or a monthly challenece or some big event kind of challenge ( like holiday , races, etc) I think this could keep you motivated. I am still in the first month of Power 90 but I am def getting this for when I am finished. I have a big butt issue that needs to be addressed :P

I agree with ashlee954. But about the 20+ lbs loss in a few weeks, a lot of these people are 100+ over weight so they lose really quickly in the beginning. Just remember this is not about every body else it is about you. Give yourself challenges and goals and always try and one up yourself and the lbs will come off!

I agree running outside can change you speed a lot because you are controlling your speed not a machine, could make a different of 3-5 mins/mile. I can do 15min miles now.

I agree.my distance has increase considerably since last month! Don't over work yourself if you are running it will just discourage you and make you want to quit.

I have been at this healthier life style for a lil over 2 months. My water intake has always been high but I have increased my raw veggie intake and natural juices

I know it is tough but we just have drink more water to help get it out. As long as you are not going crazy every day then it should all turn out fine! I had to remind myself that today!

I am in too! I start Power 90 next week once i finish my current program :D So should def be able to get 30lbs down by thanksgiving!

you can also try the 200 squat challenge. It is intense! Helps strengthen the muscles around your knees as well!
