SmartOnes Breakfast sandwich 230cal because I was in a hurry and I could heat it up at work. Most days thin bagel with peanut butter and jelly.

I've read that the combination of aspartame and caffeine is no good for your brain. However I still drink diet coke. :drinker: I also try to limit myself per week.

Wow! What a heated topic... I have a friend who lost weight and kept it off on Atkins. I tried something similar but hated it the whole time! MFP works best for me :love:

My reward would be new clothes :) I haven't thought of when to get it but every 25lb I might need smaller pants... however I have pants up to 2sizes smaller in my closet already. Waiting to be worn.

You could be close to getting your monthly visitor. Keep at it and you will see results. The weight loss slows down after the first two weeks. I focus mostly on the calories. Don't worry so much on "don't eat this and don't eat that." You seem overwhelmed as is. You can refine your diet later. Good job at losing 17 so far!…

Do they get a prize at the end just for trying? You can't control the scale but you can control the behavior that leads to the weight loss. Reward the behavior, not just the results. Some people might lose it slower than others and you don't want them to get discouraged. The point is for everyone to be healthier, right?…

I'm glad I found this post. I haven't lost weight this week even though I haven't gone over my calories. I hope this means water weight...I also readjusted my diary so that I may monitor my sodium intake. Lets see next week :)

I know leg exercises more than arms. I have 2lb weights, exercise ball and actual stairs.
