At least you didn't react like I did. I was heading to the water fountain & this attractive blonde was just getting there & she gave a nod & said hello, and my immediate reaction was to say hi back, but then I turned around to see who she was talking to. Nobody was behind me, so at least we both got a good laugh out of it.

The only people I need to please are me & my own. My wife will always worry about what other people think & it drives me sane! If people don't like me that's their problem. I have an arm band for my phone when I run & a clip for my ipod shuffle. I run my headphone cord under my shirt when I lift & it makes it easier for the upper body exercises.

When you begin, form is far more important than weight. I had to put a small weight under my toes to help me keep my heels down & a chair to prevent me from going too far down when I first started.

I run in the mornings before eating because from what I've read, you burn fat better that way, but there's information overload about different views, it's tough to say for sure. I have to second that you need to do what feels best for you. I run, then eat my greek yogurt with Kashi when I get to work.
