I can say that its true!! Using a smaller plate plays a mind game with your brain and makes you think your eating more than you actually are. Ive done the same thing and I end up cutting my foods in half that way

Well they say you have to burn at least 500 calories a day and it takes 3500 calorie defficient to lose 1 pound. I currently am doing Zumba and boy does that work!!

I am new here as well! I am a 23 year old and recently married. My original goal was to lose weight be fore the wedding and the exact OPPOSITE happened I gained!! I use to be fit and in shape but my emotions got the best of me and I have gained almost 40 pounds since. I need all the support I can get. Add me :):bigsmile:
