41 years of age and need to shed at least a pound for every one of those years too lol! motivation is a huge problem for me too - weight loss is slow plus for about 4-5 days every month I turn into an eating machine and undo all the hard work :(

a cadburys boost and a glass of rose wine - and all within my calorie allowance thanks to being so busy in work today that I missed both of my break times!

I'd say surgery is the easy way out yes but if I could afford it I'd have it done tomorrow!

For unhealthy I could list hundreds but at the top would be cheesecake, Ben & Jerry (any flavour) and danish pastries For healthy fruit salad, no sugar jelly and baked apple (but then I have to resist making custard to go with it lol!)

happiness is my downfall happy+married = obese divorce= 5 stone weight loss and looking great! very happy + married again - 3 stone on again! Mind you id rather be happy and fat than miserable and thin but wouldnt mind the best of both worlds either!!

Wow so many swapping to this from WW - I did the same and was feeling like a failure for not sticking to WW but this is easier, more flexible and saves me money too!
