  • I did this last year when I first signed up. I wanted to know exactly what I was eating a day so for 3 days I logged my "normal" foods. I was eating well over 3000 calories and was still hungry.   • Don't give up. We all have days, weeks and months like that. I say months because it took me almost 2 to get straightened back out. Just take today and start over. You'll be fine. Don't let a couple of bad days rule your life. We all have them and in the end you just have to forget it and move on. Good luck to you.
