Updating for the week. Start Date July 15 Starting weight 303 Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it! Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. I'm Cathy and I'm a food addict. I find myself eating when I'm tired, when I'm stressed, when I don't feel well, etc....I just lean on food to make me feel better. I'm trying to break this pattern and hope to be a much better person for it in the near future. Food is FUEL, not COMFORT.

McDonald's French Fries. I love them and can't have them. If I even get a small package I woof it down and want more. I never have to do that. Normally after I've lost 10 pounds it asks me if I want to adjust my calories. I've seen other people post about this too though.

I think it's so great that you are adopting a kitty. I didn't adopt mine but got them from someone that was giving them away and I love them so much. We just had them neutered a couple weeks ago and they're doing great. I hope you hear from the Humane Society soon. I think it's great that you volunteer time too.
