i've had almost all the flavors, fruit punch, berry pomegranate (sp), peach tea, and i had the energy one that is black cherry (my favorite).. tastes like cherry coke almost... it really helps my water intake.. also had the mango one.. so far all have been good.

Highest documented weight was 233, lowest weight .. got to 163 (at the time my orig goal was 165, then was shooting for 155)... now i'm 178, trying to get back to 165 for 2012... 2013 will be to try and get to 150

OMG how funny that's what i used to do.. i'd take some whole wheat toast, top it with almond butter and cottage cheese and drizzle honey on it.. then sprinkle some ground flax seed. was my fav breakfast for a while. I also would mix CC with tuna and put it in my salad or even as a sandwich... i used to take cucumber slices…
