I weigh 140, well 139lb, I am 5ft 5 ad take a UK 12, they are just begining to get to be on the big side though.

How is everyone doing? Feeling positive about weigh day? I don't feel like I will have lost this week, I havent been eating great, Iblame the school holidays lol. I am still shredding ho, day 18 in the bag.

My original goal was the avarage of BMI and various sites ideal weight for me, which was about 135. I have since realised, that I need to lose a lot more to get a managable sized mid section :| So I added 10lb.

I love EA, done the 9 week programme twice and lost 6lb and 9lb and 9 inches both times. I wear my own HRM as well though and you actually burn almost double the umbers EA gives you.

Mine makes me 1.5lb heavier, this happens EVERY time though, so I know exactly where I am. Just make sure you always use it on the same surface :)

Thats an amazing loss, well done. Weight tends to come of faster when yu have more to lose, its not unhealthy.

The weight will defo start moving if you keep at it. I was stuck lower end 150's for months, changed nothing, but out of the blue it started coming off really fast again. I have a feeling I am about to stick again though :(

Before is 200lb, after is 156lb, I now weigh 139, but I am too lazy to find pictures :D

Pampers seem to be the only ones that work for my little man. Odd because baby number one was fine with huggies.

I have low blood pressure, a heart problem, vertigo, I have Chroic fatigue syndrome and I am allergic to gravity. All of those make you dizzy on standing, I am always dizzy. Could be any of those, low blood sugar, millions of things tbh. You will most likely need a few blood tests.

I have one, I hate it and have used it about twice, its just cluttering up the bedroom tbh. Need to try getting rid of it. No Idea how you ladies can do hours on those things, bores the life out of me.

I am on day 16 ad I normally do 30mins just dancing or the 20min turbo jam after, normally get so into it I don't want to stop. Don't know if I could do it the other way round though.
